# Availability

Closed store = no orders. Full stop. Items can follow your hours or pick their own — but they can't out-open you.

## Store hours

Schedule how customers see the store as open — automatic windows or always / closed.

- **Manage Store → Availability** — **Always Open**, **Automatic** (scheduled windows), or **Closed**.
- Automatic = customers only order when your schedule says you're open.

## Item hours

- Default after sync: **Follow Store Hours**.
- Or **Custom Availability** / **Always Available** for lunch-only specials, etc.
- Store closed ⇒ item shows **Unavailable (Store Closed)** — items cannot out-open the store.

## Modifiers & options

- No separate schedule — **Active** / **Inactive** only.
