Sync Items

Group edits don't fly to the store by themselves — tap Sync Items when you're ready. Sync for a store only shows Variant Configs priced for that store's country.

Country filter (critical)

  • A single Variant Config can hold multiple region prices (one per country).
  • Set Manage Group → Settings → Working Country before you add prices for a country.
  • Sync Items for a store in country X lists only Variant Configs that have a price for X.
  • No price for country X ⇒ that Variant Config is invisible in Sync Items for every store in X.
Quick heads up

Price the Working Country first, then open the store in that country and sync.

Three modes

  • Sync Selected ({n}) — pick specific variants (still country-filtered).
  • Sync Group Menu — full menu push for the store country.
  • Refresh Existing — update items already on the store menu.

Golden rule

  • Price, photo, name, modifiers, sections — all need sync.
  • Refresh Existing keeps local item order and custom availability when possible.
Quick heads up

Large catalogs: split syncs if you hit hundreds of items at once.
