Riders: set battery to Unrestricted or offers die in the background.

Battery (required on duty)

This is the #1 Android miss for riders.

  • Open phone Settings → Apps → Koolodoor → Battery (wording varies by brand).
  • Set battery usage to Unrestricted (not Optimized / Restricted).
  • Samsung: also check Device care → Battery → Background usage limits — remove Koolodoor from sleeping / deep-sleeping apps.
Quick heads up

If battery is Optimized, Fleet duty location and offer pings can stop when the screen is off.

Location & notifications

  • Allow Always (precise) location while on Fleet duty.
  • Keep notifications enabled for Koolodoor.
  • Leave Fleet duty when you're done — tracking stops.
