We aim for reliable uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as we improve the platform.
You retain rights to your content. By uploading content, you grant Koolodoor a limited license to host, process, and display that content to operate the service.
Depending on the version of the app and the restaurant, placing or paying for an order may happen outside Koolodoor—for example through WhatsApp, a phone call, email, or another channel the restaurant provides. Those channels are operated by third parties and have their own terms, pricing, and privacy practices. Koolodoor is not responsible for transactions or conversations that occur solely outside the app.
The current release does not complete checkout or payment inside Koolodoor. If in-app payment features are introduced later, third-party payment gateways may process transactions and additional terms may apply at checkout. We will update these Terms before enabling them.
Koolodoor may integrate third-party services (for example maps, messaging, hosting, and support tools). Their own terms and policies may apply.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal requirements, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Koolodoor disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or through official channels. The date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
